Complaints procedure

We aim to please and (without blowing our own trumpet too loudly) we do pretty well- or at least that's what our customers tell us!

But, we also know that sometimes things might not always go entirely to plan and that's why (unlike many small businesses) we're happy to offer a dispute resolution procedure via Which Trusted Trader.

This is how it works- 
If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our work we ask that in the first instance you please get in touch as soon as possible. We will try to resolve any issues as quickly as we can. Ring Bob McPherson on 07831 495512 or email us.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them please contact 0333 241 3209 or via their website
